Dr. Gohr grew up in Marietta, GA. She graduated from Northwestern University and then stayed in the Chicago area for several years. She worked as a veterinary assistant in the Internal Medicine Department of an animal emergency and specialty center. She also spent several years volunteering at the local city animal shelter. Dr. Gohr moved back to Georgia to attend the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia. She graduated with honors in 2015 as a member of the Phi Zeta Veterinary Honors Society.

Dr. Gohr has spent years offering excellent veterinary care. Her areas of interest include ophthalmology and pain management. Passionate about modern medical advances, much of her free time is devoted to veterinary continuing education courses. At home, she has a loving husband and two children, as well as several beloved pets, including a dog, 2 cats, and a crested gecko.
